Lark Research is an independent investment research firm founded in 1991 by Stephen P. Percoco.  The firm publishes two newsletters:  Income Builder covers the equity and fixed income markets for individual investors.  Net Realizable Value follows the residential real estate industry for institutional investors.  In addition, the firm provides contract research services for institutional investors, broker-dealers and companies whose securities are publicly traded.
