About Steve

In 1991, Steve Percoco founded Lark Research as an independent provider of investment research to institutional clients.  His initial research coverage included housing and related sectors, such as REITs and mortgage finance.  In 2001, he became the publisher of Income Builder, a research-oriented newsletter that covers the financial markets broadly through a model portfolio that invests primarily in stocks, bonds and mutual funds.  Income Builder follows a generalist approach, but also follows key sectors, such as utilities, energy, telecommunications, technology, real estate and health care.  Besides Income Builder, Lark Research offers institutional research services that include individual company and sector reports as well as direct communication of timely investment advices through emails, telephone calls and face-to-face meetings.
